It is FLOODING in Missouri and we are STUCK in our POP-UP CAMPER

We have been living in our pop-up camper for six weeks and
almost a week of it we have been stuck in the camper.  It has rained so much in Missouri and now the
roads are flooding.  The tight quarters
finally got the best of me so, I made the best of it and filmed the flooding…Hope
you enjoy the video.  https://youtu.be/npDWrpusKPA?list=PLUNeyx3ng7Va9RHDCnHUv91A8UGxJWxQ9

It only took me THREE HOURS to paint my house

It used to take me three weeks to paint my house, now it
only takes me three hours to my new house!
We are now into our sixth week living in a pop-up camper.  During those six weeks it became very clear
that we needed to seal the roof and paint our pop-up camper.  This really did not go bad…as I already
stated it only took three hours to seal the roof and paint the house.  It really turned out better than I
expected.  Check it out.  Oh, and it may surprise you who shows up…

How do I find FREE campsites???

 As
I documented yesterday, Cheryl C. asked how much money we spend traveling full
time living in our pop-up camper.  As a
result, several folks asked if I forgot to include the campsite fees and I
would answer that we only camp at free campsites (National Forest, Conservation
Area, and Army Corp of Engineers).  That
lead to folks asking how we found free campsites.  In this video, I made several weeks ago, I
explain the methods we use to find free campsites.  If you missed yesterday’s video you will be
able to watch right after the conclusion of this video.

How much did you say that TRIP COST? $$$$

We have been full time living in our pop-up
camper for five weeks and Cheryl C., asked how much money we spend living this
life style.  So, in this video I break
down the cost of our month long Florida trip.
The cost WILL surprise you…it did us.

How to do maintenance on your 2000 watt inverter generator.

Carolyn and I have
been full time living in our 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for five weeks and it
is time to do the 100 hour maintenance on our electric power plant.  The Champion 2000 watt inverter
generator…this machine has been a champ as it name implies.  So, let’s get our hands dirty and take care
of the machine that has taken care of us so well.  Believe it or not, it was fun.  Oh…by the way, you have to watch to see if I
drop it on the ground.

Who is that GUY?

Carolyn and I have been full time living
in our 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for five weeks now and we could not be
happier.  To continue the theme from
yesterday, when we started this journey we just thought we would vlog our
adventure for friends and family.  It did
not take long before we realized that we were inspiring people.  Folks were asking questions not to criticize
us but because they wanted to know for themselves.  One question that is asked regularly because
they genuinely want to know is “How did we decide to be full time pop-up
campers”?  So, in this vlog I answer the
question and again, the answer may surprise you.

What is the worst thing about FULL TIME CAMPING IN A POP-UP CAMPER?

Awesome! Where is Wuklla Beach in Florida? Is Google Lost?

Carolyn and I have been full time living in our pop-up
camper for four weeks now.
It has been wonderful.  As I
stated yesterday, more time, more freedom, and more peace…all the while having
less stuff, less chaos, and less time wasted.
We found this by accident in our new life..  Hope you to enjoy this and I hope we continue
to inspire you (as many of you have told me we do).  So, to continue the theme of “peace” weekend.
Wakula Beach here we come.  Enjoy the video    https://youtu.be/EqsiqvS7-mw?list=PLUNeyx3ng7VY9hq1Ds8EY36q6BDpyNXcI

Carolyn and I have been full time living in our pop-up
camper for four weeks now.
It has been wonderful.  As I
stated yesterday, I have seen post from this group that states that minimalism
is about having more.  More time, more
freedom, and more peace…all the while having less stuff, less chaos, and less
time wasted.  We found this by accident
in our new life and then learned from you that is what we have.  You could not be more correct and here is
another video to proof you right.  I hope
you continue to enjoy them and I hope we continue to inspire you (as many of
you have told me we do).  So, to continue
the theme of peace and just like our life it went for miserable to awesome here
is today’s video full of peace.

Florida Trip

Carolyn and I have been full time living in our
1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for four weeks now.  BEST THING EVER!  As I stated in yesterday’s video, when we got
to the free campsite at Skuna-Turkey creek we were pleasantly surprised to find
a huge lake.  Here is a video of Grenada
Lake near Coffeeville, Mississippi.  It
was very beautiful and apparently the fishing is awesome too.

What are the rules? Skuna-Turkey Creek

Carolyn and I have been full time living in our 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for four weeks now.  It has been the best thing we could have ever done.  The longer we do this the more interested you folks seem to be in our adventure.  That is the reason I have been posting these videos for you.  A few of you have asked that we make videos on certain subjects and I have already made two to answer those questions and will try to post them early next week.  I hope you continue to enjoy them.  Here is today’s video.    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3qrxWfUo0A&index=15&list=PLUNeyx3ng7VY9hq1Ds8EY36q6BDpyNXcI&t=1s

WOO-HOO! THANK YOU!

Carolyn and I have been fulltime RV’ing in a
1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for four weeks and are having a great time.  It has been the best
thing we could have ever done.  Of course,
some folks think we are crazy.  I made
this video to try to explain that we are very happy doing this even if we are
crazy.  I also took the time to thank
those who are supporting our adventure.

I LOVE HISTORY. Tuskegee National Airman Historical Site

Carolyn and I have been fulltime RV’ing in a
1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for four weeks and are having a great time.  While we were in Tuskegee, Alabama we stop at
the Tuskegee National Airman Historic site.
This is a museum that has the original building and hangers that the
Tuskegee Airman worked at.  We learned
that this is the spot that the first Africa American Men were trained as pilots
during World War II.  I hope my video
does it justice because this was an amazing history lesson and a great
experience.  Hope you enjoy.

Carolyn and I have been fulltime RV’ing in a

Alabama National Forest.  This was
totally dispersed camping.  But it was
very peaceful and no one was

LIONS, TIGERS, AND BEARS... How to prevent bear Attacks.

Carolyn and I have been fulltime
RV’ing in a 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for three weeks and are having a great
time.  When we got to Florida, we quickly
realized that Florida take bear safety very serious.  We learned several bear safety tips.  And since we are full time Pop-up camping we
felt that we need to take it just as serious.
In this vlog, I share those tips with you.  STAY SAFE.

Carolyn and I have been fulltime
RV’ing in a 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for three weeks and are having a great
time.  Going through our videos from
Missouri to Florida, we notice that it started out miserable and gradually
became awesome.  So, we pieced several
videos together to show the progression.
Hope you enjoy.

How do I find FREE campsites???

Carolyn and I have been fulltime RV’ing in a
1970 Starcraft pop-up camper for three weeks and are having a great time.  We had a request from Cari Shields (Thanks
Cari for the idea), how we find our campsites.
We have actually had quite of bit of success (except for one
instance).  In this video I demonstrate
how to find FEE (and some paid) campsites and how to plan your trip.

What causes forest fires? IT"S SAD!

As some of you know, Carolyn and I decide after years of working 60 to 70 hours a week and never taking a
vacation to quit our job and begin our full time RV’ing in a 1970 Starcraft
Pop-up camper that we fixed up.  We
thought we would see all the beautiful things of this country.  I guess we did not expect to see the sad
things also.  In today’s vlog we saw the
aftermath of a forest fire in Florida.
So, we decide to discuss campfire safety.

As some of you know, Carolyn and I decide
after years of working 60 to 70 hours a week and never
taking a vacation to quit our job and begin our full time RV’ing in a 1970
Starcraft Pop-up camper that we fixed up.
As you will see, it is obvious that we don’t get out much or take
vacation much.  We looked like fish out
of water in this thing they kept calling an Ocean.  We were country folk in a big pond.  Hope you get a laugh at our expense.  Hope you like the cute bird.

It's Electrifying!!! Pop-Up Camper Inverters and Batteries Demonstration...

As some of you know, Carolyn and decide
after years of working 60 to 70 hours a week and never
taking a vacation to quit our job and begin our full time RV’ing.  We
bought a 1970 Starcraft pop-up camper and a fixed it up.  We may buy
something more substantial later but we are quite excited starting our
adventure in this pop-up.  We are
currently in Florida soaking up the awesomeness of it all and as a result
thought I would post an older video/vlog that has been request several
times.  In this video I show how I power our
pop-up camper.  Hope this explains power
options for those of those needing this information.
